Ganesh Kasilingam is the Chief Executive Officer for Microcode Software Services, Inc. In his role as CEO, Ganesh sets the strategic direction, promotes Microcode’s values and focuses on ensuring the company’s sustainable growth.
Ganesh is a broadly experienced executive with over 20 years of experience with a global perspective and a proven track record of managing global operations and sales.
Prior to joining Microcode, Ganesh held various roles for Multivision Inc. This included client relationship, strategy, operations and HR.
Ganesh holds a Bachelor’s degree from College of Engineering, Anna University, India.
Sivakumar is Head of Operations for Microcode in India and Middle East.
In this role he takes care of complete Operations, P&L responsibility for Microcode which include, Business Planning, Identification of New clients, client engagement, Team building, coaching and mentoring of the team for better performances, Financial and Statutory responsibilities.
Sivakumar previously held various Business Head roles with staffing companies like Adecco, Genius Consultants, etc. where he was tasked with taking care of heading Recruitment businesses across industries like Information Technology, Engineering/Manufacturing, Oil & Gas etc. and handling large teams across various geographic locations in India and ME.
Sivakumar is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Sriram Engineering College, University of Chennai
Badri Sankaran is a General Manager for Microcode in Bangalore. In this role, Badri leads business development, delivery efforts and day – to –day operations for Microcode, which include managing all client relationships, new business / lead generation and people management. Badri always demonstrates a customer-focused attitude and commitment, and has excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.
Badri previously worked with Adecco, Hays and Quess Corp group in various geographies in India and in different roles where he was tasked to build key accounts, creating new business lines, managing operations and lead generation.
Badri is a Post Graduate in Science having experience in product sales experience in the Engineering, Infrastructure Company prior joining the recruitment industry.
Subbu Alagappan is a Business Manager for Microcode Recruitment Services in Middle East and Africa region based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, Subbu leads business development, Client Management, Client empanelment & day-to-day sales, sourcing and Mapping for Microcode Middle East. Subbu works closely with our blue chip clients in their Manpower Planning, Talent Mapping and Talent Hiring in the region.
Subbu previously worked with Adecco Group Middle East as Senior Consultant covering Middle East and Eastern Europe region with highly successful in penetrating the target markets with a combination of Business development, Headhunting, Mapping, Networking and sourcing.
Subbu is a Post graduate in management studies MBA - HR( Gold medalist and university rank holder).
Sean Smith is a Business Development Manager for Microcode in North America. In this role, Sean leads business development efforts and day-to-day sales operations for Microcode, which include managing all client relationships, new business/lead generation, and partner relationships among other duties. Working daily with business leaders, Sean is committed to helping our clients make the most informed decisions through a transparent approach.
Sean previously held various sales roles for Hub Group including Manager of Sales Operations and Account Development Manager roles where he was tasked with creating new business and lead generation for all lines of business.
Sean attended Illinois State University in Normal, IL where he received a Bachelor degree studying Finance and Risk Management from the State Farm College of Business.
Bradley Wick is a Recruitment & Sales Manager with Microcode Software Services. In his current role, Bradley leads Microcode’s North American division of business with Recruitment, Project consulting and client relationship management for all industry verticals. He has more than 8+ years of experience in sales and working with various business sizes and models from fortune 500 to start ups. Bradley knows what it takes to acquire clients and provide solutions—It’s not looking for a route to avoid an issue, it’s taking roadblocks head on with innovative solutions and a no lose attitude.
Bradley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
